The Padhola Cultural Union
The Tieng Adhola is the Tribal Government of the Jopadhola Tribe of about 700,000 Ugandans. Moses Stephen Owor is the leader and is known as the Tieng Adhola or King. He was gracious enough to receive us at his home to discuss our work with him and several of his Cabinet Members.
